Recent Hotel Alfonso Xiii Review: "Hotel Alfonso XIII in Seville was wonderful. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful - the public areas as well as the individual guest rooms. It is situated very close to the Seville Cathedral - one of the most beautiful European Cathedrals I've seen, and many shops and cafe's are within easy walking distance.
The pool is also quite nice and very popular in the summer afternoons. Its is a lovely place to swim, sit and read, or take a nap to prepare for the cooler, very pleasant, and late evenings.
I found this hotel to be well worth the price and greatly appreciated not being nickel and dime'd at every turn like some higher priced resorts I have visited. There are no extra charges or surprises. I would not hesitate to visit Alfonso XIII again.
One recommendation I do have however is for the hotel to offer free WiFi to all guests throughout the hotel. An establishment of this stature really should be providing this service to their guests."
